Lush // Bath Bomb Review

Image: source
Hey guys!! So this was my first time using a Lush bath bomb. After walking around the Lush store in Oxford Street, smelling every single product I finally decided on the Lush Lava Lamp Bath Bomb. This is an average sized product, featuring a bright fizzy orange and dark purple polka dots.

I decided to use this bath bomb after a lovely 4 hour bike ride around the lakes in Cotswold. It was the best time to put this product to use, as my body was so sore and needed a good rest. Before I put the bath bomb into the tub I could smell the strong orange scent, which was so refreshing and sweet.

As you can see in the video above, the bath bomb does fizz away quite fast, then there are little lumps of purple which dissolve away slowly as they are filled with oil to keep your skin moisturised.

I noticed that after 5 minutes in the bath my skin felt noticeably smoother. I could feel the olive oil which wasn't greasy and the strong orange scent stuck to my skin which I've noticed is one of the best things about Lush products.

Unfortunately, the only annoying thing about this product is that, as there is an oil based product it leaves some purple oil residue at the end of the bath. Although it's easy to get the oil streaks off, it's just the thought of having to clean it after a lovely soak is a pain.
